Hi i am 34 years old man from portugal. I am living and working here for full time since last 2.5 years. Also i am learning du2 and in May i have my final exam. If i pass the exam i will be very interested to continue my further studies and my question is if i join university as a full timer student does A-kasse provide the benefits for me?

No its not possible to get benefits from the A-kasse while at the same time studying full time at University. Its due to the fact that a person receving Unemployment benefits must be available for the labour market – and this is not possible if you have to use time on studies.
But at least you can get free A-kasse as a student. Remember to change status to student, if you want free A-kasse.
