Hej 🙂
I was dismissed from my job, expelled. And I know that I will have 3 weeks quarantine until I start receiving dagpenge. My question is if that also will affect the amount that I will receive monthly? Or it will be the same if was I fired with an agreement?

no it will not affect the amount. You will only lose the 3 weeks.
